Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you make a cancellation or do not attend a workshop/class. If a workshop/class is cancelled or rescheduled you will receive a credit to take it at a later date.

We politely ask that parents/carers don't stay due to space restrictions and health and safety regulations. If there is a specific need, this which would need to be discussed with the organiser prior to booking. All workshops and classes are run by a qualified teacher with an enhanced DBS.

Snacks are not permitted, but your child may bring a drink in a sealed plastic drinks bottle.

Yes, we have general risk assessments for workshops and classes and will carry out additional assessments for anything outside of the normal activities. Please inform us prior to the session if your child has any medical needs.

There are no toilets in the studio but there is access to the toilets in the 1856 cafe just outside and visible from the studio. Your child would have to use the toilets unaccompanied, so if this is a problem please ensure they have been to the toilet prior to their session.

Parking is in the furthest car park from the main entrance and is paid through RingGo.

We provide aprons, but please ensure your child is wearing clothes that you don't mind getting messy and preferably short sleeves or sleeves that can be rolled up!

We do our best to dry your child’s artwork but it may still be wet when you collect them. We will give you some newspaper to place it on in the car.
