Megs Mindful Movement and Relaxation - a wonderful way to end your busy day. Relax, unwind, switch your phone off and put a Do not disturb note on the door if you can. Settle and notice your breath, allow Meg to show you a wonderful self massage technique starting at the top of your head all the way down to your feet, to allow the tension of the day to just slip away. All movements are performed mindfully, very gently and can be done sitting down. Follow this with a wonderful relaxing body scan meditation where you allow your body and mind to rest. This is normally done lying down but if you are more comfortable you can sit.
