About this event

We are delighted to let you know about a new Talk by an award-winning film and television director and media academic, Dr Kamran Qureshi. It is a free to attend webinar open to all students and staff in the research community. He will be talking about how open research benefits Art and Humanities, and expanding on the main concepts of sharing data, and his experience of creating the first-ever substantial database of the current intersex narrative and screen works from 1932 till 2022 during research of his award-winning new romantic drama feature film Only Love Matters. You will engage in a useful conversation about the understanding of open research, data sharing and open access in Art and Humanities and ways you can start to use open research sharing data and publishing. The talk takes place on Thursday 30th June at 2-3pm online via Teams. You can book a place on eventbrite by clicking on the link. All are welcome.
