Does my ticket include entry to the seminars?

Accepted Answer

General admission tickets to the Show do not include tickets to the live seminars on the day, these can be added for £4 and can be booked on Eventbrite. Your ticket does however include entry to the online portal, where all seminar recordings will be uploaded for you to watch back on demand.

Question 2

I’ve booked my tickets to The Fertility Show, do I get digital access too?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All ticket holders will get access to the online portal so you can catch up on all of the seminar recordings. Once you’ve booked your tickets, you’ll receive an email from Contrast with details of how to access. If you have any trouble accessing, please contact info@fertilityshow.co.uk

How do I book seminar tickets?

To watch the live seminars at the Show and have the chance to ask your questions to the experts, you must purchase tickets via Eventbrite. These can be purchased for £4. Your ticket also includes entry to the online portal, where all seminar recordings will be uploaded for you to watch back on repla

I can no longer attend, can I exchange for a digital ticket?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, but all tickets include access to the online portal so you’ll have this included as part of your ticket. Once you’ve booked your ticket, you will receive details of how to access the online portal.

Question 5

I’ve booked a consultation with a clinic, do I get free entry to the Show?

Accepted Answer

You must still have a general admission ticket to The Fertility Show even if you have booked a consultation with one of the clinics. If the clinic has stated you’ll get free entry, please speak directly with them.

Question 6

Can children attend the Show?

Accepted Answer

Due to the sensitivity of the Show, babies and children under 16 are not permitted to attend.

Question 7

I have not received my booking confirmation/e-tickets?

Accepted Answer

Your e-tickets will arrive attached as a PDF to your booking confirmation email directly from Eventbrite. Please allow some time after purchase for your booking confirmation email to come through and make sure to check your junk folder. If you do not receive your tickets or lose your booking confirm

Question 8

I am registered disabled, can I bring a carer?

Accepted Answer

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to The Fertility Show. Please email info@fertilityshow.co.uk to arrange your carer ticket. Please bring proof of eligibility with you to show on arrival such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter
