Description

The Course helps you to systematically develop the skills of being present with your experience. It aims to assist you in dealing with what can be stressful and challenging, helps you to take better care of yourself and get the most out of your life. The aim is to learn new ways to handle challenging physical sensations, feelings, moods or social interactions.

Venue: St. Bernards Club Room, Life Care Centre, Stockbridge, Edinburgh

Timings: 11am to 1.30pm

Full Costs: £250 (£50 deposit to conform your place)

Session I on 29th Mar,

Session II on 5th Apr,

Session III on 12th Apr,

Session IV on 19th Apr,

Session V on 26th Apr,

Session VI on 3rd May,

Session VII on 10th May and

Session VIII on 17th May.

Day Retreats in Edinburgh are offered on the fourth Saturday of each month from 11am to 4pm

This 8-week mindfulness training we offer should provide you with a good foundation for understanding the principles of mindfulness and enable you to begin to practice effectively, both within the setting of the class itself and in your own life. The knowledge and experience gained on the course should help you to cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself, your environment and other people, thus enhancing your general experience of living.
