The fourth of our 5 part series is AIR and we will be exploring it with our beautiful egg supplier Clarence Court.
When you see a Clarence Court® crown on your egg you can be sure that the eggs will be from there exclusive, well cared for, heritage breeds and will be British, fresh and probably the tastiest egg you have ever eaten. They will be talking about what it takes to care for the birds and also talk through some amazing rare breed eggs they produce.
The menu will be focusing on all things air and every course comes with a drinks pairing. Our wine expert Matthew is on hand to explain why these wines have been selected and what to look out for when chosing wines with your food.
The cost, including your drinks flight will be £50* payable on the eve.
