We negotiate with our customers, internal departments, suppliers, stakeholders, potential investors, regulators, media, family, friends and even with ourselves. So how does good negotiating work and what is the best way to negotiate? Many of us rely on our sense of fairness or gut instinct to get a good deal, whether it’s in the workplace or in your personal life. The outcome you achieve really does matter as good negotiators focus on value while sellers often focus on price.

This event will explain how negotiation skills are an integral part of our life. It takes a quick, practical look at what constitutes effective and ineffective negotiating, giving a flavour of our three day Negotiation Essentials programme.
