- Intros/brief updates - 10mins
- Each to share challenges - 5 mins
- Vote on which challenges to explore - 5 mins
- Chosen challenge:
- Alumni member describes challenge in detail - 10 mins
- questions from group - 30 mins
- suggestions/recommendations from group - 30 mins
- If time; deal with 2nd choice challenge
- Review of format - confirm next session
