Alumni relations - a masterclass

Higher education is experiencing unprecedented change and 2012 will be a challenging year for all higher education professionals. As an alumni relations manager, you will be tested on your ability to build new relationships, provide meaningful programmes and events, and build a value proposition for alumni who are invited to reconnect with their former colleges and universities.

The Guardian Higher Education Network's new seminar will include five learning modules to cover the basics of building relationships on and off campus: developing alumni relations communication tools, setting up programmes, managing international alumni, and linking alumni relations to annual giving programmes.

Our classroom style and interactive format will create a lively forum for learning and exchange.
