ANGER, RAGE AND RELATIONSHIP
A TWO-day workshop with Sue Parker Hall
London – Friday/Saturday, 19th & 20th MAY 2017
A 2-day training which defines and differentiates between anger and rage, explores the positive aspects of anger, identifies a wide range of ways in which anger gets distorted, presents neuroscience, academic and positive outcomes in psychotherapy research which support a relational approach and methodologies for working with anger and rage. There will be an opportunity to view a demonstration of the approach, skills practice, a supervision slot to discuss a few cases and a Q&A session.

Learning Outcomes and Objectives:

¨ Experience an empathic, relational approach first hand as the process of the training mirrors the approach being advocated.
About the Speaker:
Sue is passionately committed to practicing, researching and teaching philosophy and methods that recognise a real human relationship as the crucible and the vehicle for positive change. She is in her 20th year of practice working with a wide range of issues and diverse client groups and is author of ‘Anger, Rage and Relationship: An Empathic Approach to Anger Management’ (2008, Routledge); she trains other counsellors and psychotherapists, nationally and internationally to work with these phenomena in an empathic, relational way.
