Please note that for marketing purposes the event will be videorecorded and photographed. No video or picture of you alone will be taken without your consent. However, bear in mind that you might appear in the overal shots of the event's crowd.
If that bothers you for any reason, we recommend you to face away from the cameras once you see them towards your direction. If, for any reason, you are taken by surprise, you can reach the video or photographer and indicate that you don't want to be in that particular picture.
If you don't say anything beforehand we assume you are ok with having your picture/image in the overall shots which will be used for marketing purposes after the event.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. We don't recommend children under 14 year to attend the event as they won't profit from it.
However, if you need to bring your children to the event for any reason, be aware that they must be accompanied by you, or an adult, at all times.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There are several paid parking spaces around the area. Please check Google Maps for that.
You can access the venue with pubic transport.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
We advise you to bring a bottle of water. You can't bring food inside the event's room.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
It is transferrable. However, you need to get in touch with us to change your registration to the name of the person you are transferring your ticket to.
Please note that your ticket IS NOT REFUNDABLE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS! If you can't attend for any reason, we suggest you to transfer it to a friend, or sell it yourself. And again, please inform us as the name of the person you sell it to will need to be included in the registration.
Can I update my registration information?
We will have to do it for you. Contact us if you need any updates.
