To kick the day off we have some informal round table sessions that will get your creative juices flowing. From crowd-funding to social engagement, we hope you will get some insight into shaping your project.
Each table is hosted by experts in their field and we will invite you to have 20minutes at upto 3 tables, they are not one-to-one sessions but group discussions where one or more projects will be discussed.

As the saying goes, we’re small but perfectly formed. twenty%extra was set up by partners Ansel Neckles and Stephanie McLaren in 2009. The big idea was to create an agency that not only produced beautiful and clever work, but one that also connected and influenced the communities & organisations we work with.
Since setting up we’ve worked with a wide range of clients such as Virgin Media Pioneers, Louis Vuitton Young Arts Project, Futureversity, Business in the Community and Affinity Sutton, for whom we created their most successful digital engagement campaign.
ANSEL NECKLES – CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND STRATEGIST
Ansel began his career at Tribal DDB as an Art Director and Copywriter working on campaigns such as Guardian, Volkswagen and British Gas, gaining two D&AD commendations for VW Touareg and VW Golf V campaigns, as well as being a Creative Showcase Winner forhis British Gas ‘Where The Experts Live’ digital campaign. He has worked at Saatchi & Saatchi, amongst others on clients ranging from Ford to Pampers.
STEPHANIE MCLAREN – MANAGING DIRECTOR & STRATEGIST
Steph has worked across various, disciplines within the creative industry; from MTV to co-founding fashion label SexieBooda, which retailed to high st stores such as Topshop and House of Fraser.
Stephanie has always mixed private sector and community work by bringing her skills to teach media and fashion courses for DV8 training and the V&A.
In 2010 Stephanie won the Future 100 young entrepreneur award.
