People with responsibility for personal and team people’s outcomes often have to cope with difficult individuals and conflict. Here we will look at ways of dealing with this and share structure and tools that will help in your preparation for these tough times. Immediate benefits include being able to give and receive constructive criticism and producing joint solutions to problem areas and issues in a clear and speedy manner.
This is day two of the Effective-Self Management (ESM) 3-day CPD accredited programme. Each day can be booked and attended separately as a distinct course but is only CPD accredited if all three days are taken together.
