“Supporting organisations that make a difference, to attract funds and sustain their operations is one of the most pleasurable parts of my role as a consultant. That’s why I have created a wonderful fun pack day to ensure more of you, have the skills and knowledge to understand what funders’ are looking for and to write more successful bids” Siobhan Harper-Nunes
This introductory workshop is designed for staff and volunteers of charities that work with women or young people, who are involved in bid writing and income generation.
Here’s what the day has in store:

- Understanding “the need”
- Creating the tools that make your job easier
- How to write a simple project plan
- How to scope a bid
- How to cost your project
- Drafting your first simple application for £10,000
- Where to go for funding information
Throughout the day we will also be sharing tips and techniques to make a memorable impact on funders.
Finally, participants will be given:
