In a recent report by PWC[1] it highlights that 62% of business leaders believe that big data has the significant potential to create business advantage. While a recent McKinsey report[2] has highlighted that the use of Big Data is an effective way for business to outperform their competitors. However, a recent government report[3] has highlighted that a new generation of skills are need to extract this value for UK businesses and that putting employers at the heart of the skills development is the best way to do this.
