BKSA BALL 2016

Join us for a night of kiting fun on dry land! Help us celebrate all things kite including 2016 national event winners and the annual INDUSTRY AWARDS.

We will be kicking off from 17:00 with welcome drinks and a screening of Chapter One before a 3 course dinner, prize giving and club announcements, of course the industry awards and some fundraising with the team from the Armada!

Dress code is formal - lounge or dinner suits and cocktail dresses - but of course with your own twist - who's says flip flops shouldn't been worn with a tux!

There will be live music and a DJ 'til late, so make sure you're wearing your dancing shoes too!

Starters:

Pork
Crispy wrapped pulled barbeque pork, sweetcorn puree, celeriac slaw

Beetroot
Pickled beets, horseradish mousse, rye toast and asparagus vierge

Mains:

Chicken
Pan fried chicken breast, fondant, asparagus, spinach and mushroom sauce

Vegetable pie
Butternut, carrot, parsnip and swede pie with goat’s cheese and chive potato

Dessert:

Brulee
White chocolate custard, dark chocolate cream, milk chocolate cookie

Lemon
Lemon meringue tart, raspberry compote, cream and crackle
