With the support of experienced internationalisers, you will then identify your best way of internationalising. The programme concludes with your testing your ideas with those who have the wisdom gained from having done it before.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes - participants can transfer their ticket to another person up to the day of the Masterclass. Please email: email@example.com to advise of this change.
Can I update my registration information?
No - if you need to make any updates - please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to bring my printed registration ticket to the event?
What is the refund policy?
Up to 28 days before the starting date of the Masterclass, a full refund can be requested. Between 27 days and 6 days, a 50% refund can be requested. 5 days or less to the starting date, unfortunately no refund can be requested. Participants can request a transfer of name at any time.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
That is fine as long as the name transfer has been communicated in advance of the Masterclass to email@example.com by the person who originally booked the place.
