Designed for Owners and Managing Directors of SME businesses, this programme of sessions is focussed on delivering usable skills and techniques in a range of relevant topics that attendees can help to shape.

SME Speaker: Paul Winter, Chairman of Wire Belt Ltd. Paul will discuss what Wire Belt look for when acquiring another SME and give examples of the companies they purchased, allowing the major shareholder to exit the business.

Selling your business, passing it on to others to manage for you, making an Initial Public Offering or choosing another exit strategy for your business can be an emotional decision as well as a financial one. In this presentation, Simon Jordan, Corporate Finance Partner at Kreston Reeves and Tony Chester from Furley Page will cover the financial, legal and tax aspects to be considered in a decision that will be important for both your business and your personal future.
