FREE Course -

Parents/carers reflect on their own child’s development, and their own role as first educator.

The Peep Progression Pathway units recognise and accredit the learning which is already occurring within a Peep group.

Based around key Peep concepts such as ORIM (Opportunities, Recognition, Interation and Modelling), reading and singing with young children, and recognising and building on everyday learning, they are very much an integral part of the Learning Together Programme.

The units are assessed entirely by portfolio. Through this portfolio the parents/carers reflect on their own child’s development, and their own role as first educator. The completed portfolios have a quality of a baby book, and parents have treasured them both as a reflection of their own learning and as a keepsake about their child.

The Peep Progression Pathway recognises that becoming a parent can be a golden moment for further learning, and that parents are adult learners in their own right.

Our staff will fully support you through the course.
