FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The workshop is primarily targeted at adults, although we can accommodate participating children above the age of 11 years if accompanied by a paying adult.
If you are claiming the CCCU student or staff discount, please bring your ID with you.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is free parking on site and in the streets around the venue. Should you wish to come via public transport, the nearest train station is Chatham station. And the bus line (which takes around 15 minutes) is via the No. 600 (or other routes up to the Dockyard), and the stop is Chatham Maritime/St Georges Centre. You then have to walk across the road if you are coming from the direction of Chatham.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
It is a good idea to bring a bottle of water, some lunch and a pencil/paper for taking down notes.
Repertoire will be provided through either text or sheet music.
