Event Details

Programme: 

12 noon Thursday 10th Nov - 5pm Friday 11th Nov

Drinks reception at 6pm on Thursday - hosted by the Bar of Northern Ireland at the Bar Library

Conference Dinner at 7.30pm on Thursday at Parliament Buildings (Stormont), the seat of the Northern Ireland Assembly

The AGM will be held at 1.30pm on Friday 

There will be 10 workshops throughout the conference

Conference will end with a soapbox session

Social activities will include post-conference drinks and music on Friday, as well as tourist activities on Saturday (for an extra charge on the day) for those who wish to stay over in Belfast:

  • Crumlin Road Gaol 1 hour  tour £7.50 pp     
  • Titanic Tour 30-60 mins (self-guided) £15.50 pp

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel:

Your Accomodation payments will be refunded if the LCN is notified of the cancellation 14 clear days in advance of the Conference. If cancellation is made within 14 days of the Conference, the payment will not be refunded.

Your Conference payment will be refunded if the LCN is notified of the cancellation 7 clear days in advance of the conference. If cancellation is made within 7 days of the Conference, the payment will not be refunded. 

Non - attenders will not be refunded.

LCN will not be liable for any costs incurred by an individual or organisation e.g. travel expenses. 

If we have to cancel:

On occasion, LCN may need to cancel an event due to extenuating circumstances. The decision to cancel an event is at the discretion of the Director. All delegates will be notified by e-mail. LCN will refund the conference and accomodation fees or offer a place at an alternative event. 

LCN will not be liable for any costs incurred by an individual or organisation e.g. travel expenses.
