Share your views on Chester's priorities in the blueprint for Cheshire and Warrington's economy.

Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is refreshing the area’s Strategic Economic Plan (SEP) to reflect our ambitions to deliver a £50 billion economy by 2040, as set out in the area’s Devolution Growth Bid.

A lot has changed since the original SEP was published in April 2014, including Brexit, the Northern Powerhouse, confirmation of Crewe as an HS2 station and the creation of Transport for the North.

We have also focused our growth ambitions around significant investment opportunities such as the Northern Gateway Development Zone, the Cheshire Science Corridor Enterprise Zone, Mersey Dee Alliance, Warrington New City and Growth Track 360.

The LEP wants to bring the SEP up to date and make sure that it reflects the views of as many businesses and organisations as possible across our key sectors and areas.

The aim of this event is to give you the opportunity to hear more about the Cheshire and Warrington economy and how we are refreshing the SEP, and to share your views on what our key priorities should be for Chester in light of your own business or organisation’s objectives.
