Treat yourself to 4 sessions to boost your sense of well-being. Choose from massages, relaxation, pilates or Reiki with the added bonus of pedal-powered smoothie-making.
£3 per 1:1 session or £1 for group and bike/smoothie sessions payable on the day.
Sessions last 25 minutes except for the smoothie bike. These sessions give you 5 minutes pedalling during that half hour and a smoothie!
Suitable for those aged 16+.
