Whether a beginner or a seasoned pedaller, there's a route for you:
40km route: Suggested start time 10-11am
80km route: Suggested start time 9-10am
120km route: Suggested start time 8-9am
All routes begin in Delamont Country Park before joining the various marshalled routes around the picturesque drumlins of County Down.
How we'll support you
You will be welcomed back into Delamont Country Park after your cycle with a FREE BBQ for participants.
Smiling marshals along the route to encourage you and to keep you on track.
A support vehicle will be provided by Podium 4 Sport.
First Aid services.
A couple of refreshment stops along the route will keep you at your best.
You'll be warmly welcome back into the park, with a big thank you for raising funds that will help people to lift themselves out of poverty.
If you register online by Thursday 29 September, all you will need to do on the day is sign into the cycle in Delamont.
Everyone must confirm their participation on the day by signing into the event at Delamont Country Park. You must also return to the park to sign out by 3pm.
On the day, registration will begin at 7:45am with the 120km route beginning at 8am. Please note all participants must set off on their routes before 11am. The BBQ will be served between 12-3pm so participants are advised to judge their start time to return to the park with enough time to enjoy the BBQ.
We're delighted that 12-16 year olds can participate in our 40km route, providing the following criteria is met:
A parent or guardian has signed the registration form of the participant.
A parent or guardian accompanies the participant around the route.
Please note a parent/guardian is only to be responsible for supervising a maximum of two participants under 16 throughout the course of the route.
17 year olds are permitted to cycle any of our 3 routes, provided a parent or legal guardian has signed their registration form.
