Date and time
Location
Palatine House
Belmont Business Park Belmont Durham DH1 1TW United KingdomDescription
Job Crafting is a strategy that individuals utilise to reduce job demands and increase job satisfaction, leading to enhanced engagement and fulfilment. Examples include asking for more challenging tasks or removing unnecessary stress.
This networking session will introduce and explore the concept and benefits of job crafting, and will identify ways in which coaching can support this process.
Many coaches will find that they are already supporting job crafting processes within their coaching activities. The session will allow them to identify and explicitly build on these existing processes.
There will be time for networking built into the session.
Session objectives include:
- To explore what ‘job crafting’ is and identify where it already happens at work
- To identify ways to ‘coach for crafting’
To practice ‘coaching for crafting’ and develop some ‘coaching for crafting’ strategies to add to your coaching toolkit
