Code for Europe Fellows Workshop – 4-5 March 2013, Nesta
Nesta is hosting a workshop on 4-5 March for the Code for Europe Fellows. This is the second gathering of Fellows based in host cities of Amsterdam, Helsinki, Berlin, Manchester, Barcelona and Rome. It will also bring together cities and partners from the Commons for Europe project and colleagues from Civic Commons and the World Bank.
We’ll spend some of the time discussing open data applications and digital public services in the UK, and there will be more open sessions for Fellows and cities to share updates on their projects. There will also be an optional dinner on the Monday and Tuesday night for those who would like to join us.
We will start promptly at 10.00 on Monday 4th March and the workshop will run until 17.00 on Tuesday 5th March. For those able to stay on for another night, there’s an optional visit on the morning of Wednesday 6th March to the Open Data Institute in London’s Tech City. The Open Data Institute is a new organisation devoted to catalysing open data initiatives in the UK, which also incubates several businesses who will also be around on the 6th March to meet and chat.
We’re looking forward to seeing you!
