Leaders In Action

This workshop is about encouraging people to be confident and positive, and looks at the neuroscience behind these feelings. You will learn how how the brain works when you behave confidently and positively with other people, and how that can help you win people over. The event includes story tellers who will share their confidence stories and some fun group exercises which you can get involved in.

Where: Plymouth Job Centre Plus - DWP Office, 64 Exeter Street, Plymouth, PL4 0AJ

Time: 10:30 - 12:30

Grade: This event is open to all grades however line managers and staff who are involved in (or have an interest in) leadership will find this event particularly beneficial.

We need to know numbers that are attending, so everyone who wishes to attend must register.

Please note that you will need to seek approval from your line manager and any travel and subsistence costs must be met by your department. This is a learning event and can count towards your 5 a year learning and development days.

Please also be aware there is no parking available at the venue, but there are public car parks nearby. Refreshments won't be provided, so please make your own arrangements.
