(Closed) Create your own Stop-motion Papermation Movie! (ages 10-13)

Workshop Theme: Create your own 'Papermation' Stop-Motion Movie!

Recommended Ages:10-13. Students will be paired with a similarly aged partner.

Description: Lights, camera, action! In this workshop, students will work in pairs to create their own short stop-motion film using HUE Animation software and webcams! We'll be creating characters and scenery out of paper and learning how this medium allows us to create some cool on-screen effects! We'll also be building props and other set items using craft supplies and learning about stop-motion technology. After the workshop, the students' movies can be emailed home.

Please Bring (optional): Small toys, figures, etc if your child wishes to use their own pieces for props in their film. Please make sure any items are labelled with a name and/or you take a photo/list of all pieces brought to the workshop.
