Is a gender balanced leadership team important? Is there a glass ceiling or a glass umbrella in the banking/financial services industry and is it possible to juggle a career and family? These are just some of the questions that we will be asking during our much anticipated Women in Finance networking event.
CRS is a passionate supporter of Diversity and host regular events to help raise the awareness of women in the industry and give you the opportunity to connect with like-minded people.
Our next event is being held in London on Wednesday 30th November, 5pm-7pm at Chiswell Street Dining Rooms (close to Liverpool Street tube station). The focal point of the night will be an interactive panel discussion giving you the opportunity to exchange your views, insights & experiences. Topics will included the under-representation of women at a senior level, shared parental leave, the perception vs reality of part-time working, the glass ceiling/glass umbrella and much more. You will also enjoy a free drinks reception, canapes and prize draw.
