No 99 The Hawthorns is a 3-bedroomed, detached property – the first of a large development of passive houses recently commenced at this development in Gretna. They are being marketed as “Homes that heat themselves”. Thanks to really thick insulation in the floors, walls and roof, a constant indoor temperature to suit the occupant can be maintained day and night all the year round.
The house is open for viewing from 1pm to 4pm. There is no need to book online but you are welcome to reserve a place so that we can contact you in the unlikely event of any changes.
Tours are being offered at this property on Saturday 24th September, too, but these must be booked via the Hadrian Homes website:
The tours and open house are facilitated by Hadrian Homes, who constructed this Passivhaus.
