- Age well – maintaining excellent levels of physical and mental ability well into my old age

Abundant natural energy is the secret to achieving all you want from your life. It never fails to amaze me the impact it can make on your life just having loads more energy. Sometimes I meet people who work in an office from 9 to 5 and actually complain they are tired by the end of the week! Really?!
I have a demanding career, 3 young kids and I make time to workout every day. Working 16 hours per day on that lot, 7 days per week, is my norm, every week, every month, year after year.
I work hard and play hard but I don't run out of energy and I never get sick. In my own journey, I have transformed my own life. I've lost exactly 101 pounds of body fat (that's 7 stone 3, or 46 kilos), I've built 29 pounds of muscle, I've put behind me 20+ years of smoking, years of heavy drinking, recreational drug use and decades of sedentary behaviour and poor food choices, and gone on to run 14 marathons and ultramarathons, cycle John O'Groats to Land's End, fly eagles, jump out of aeroplanes and climb mountains. I've beaten years of obesity, addictions, a broken back, allergies and bad skin conditions, and now at 45 years of age I am in the best shape of my life, and more full of energy and vitality than ever before.
I now never run out of energy, never get sick, and I put more drive, passion and determination into life than almost anyone else I have ever met.
