Dean's update (for all MHS staff)

Dear Colleagues,

All Faculty staff are invited to an Open Meeting and Q+A session on 27 October 2014.

As the date of my handover as VP/Dean approaches in early 2015, I thought it would be useful to provide an overview of the current status of the Faculty, our successes and our challenges.

During the last year we have completed a series of External Advisory Panels (EAPs) for most of the Faculty Schools and Institutes. The EAPs have been a valuable and important process. The reports and action plans that flow from them will help in maintaining momentum in the Faculty during and beyond the transition to my successor as Dean/VP.

At the October 27th meeting I will provide a brief overview of the EAP recommendations, discuss aspects of our performance over the past year, update you on our finances and take a look at future challenges.

There will be light refreshments from 12.00 - 12.30pm, followed by a 30 minute presentation and 30 minutes for questions/discussion.

In order to facilitate catering, you are asked to register via Eventbrite.
