Decision Making and Creative Problem Solving Workshop: UCL Advances Summer Programme 2013
Tuesday, 16 July 2013 from 09:00 to 17:00 (BST)
Decision Making and Creative Problem Solving Workshop
Tuesday 15th July 2013
UCL Bloomsbury Campus (venue confirmed on registration)
About the workshop:
Decision-making skills and techniques underpin most aspects of successful organisations and teams. Deciding something means making a choice or coming to a conclusion; this involves a wide range of personal and interpersonal skills, including fact finding, logical thinking, creativity, analytical ability, sensitivity to others and assertiveness. Decision making also relies on a thorough knowledge of a variety of techniques and processes. We will explore these together during this fun and practical day.
The ability to look at things differently and to generate solutions to problems is a key attribute for any employee or individual. Your ability to problem solve may well determine future success. We will explore ways to help you overcome common barriers to innovative thinking and explore creativity in a professional capacity.
