Through a varied programme, including keynote speeches from people currently living with dementia, carers, and experts in the field, this event will enable you to:

  • manage the challenges and transitions through the dementia care pathway
  • gain an understanding of the support that we provide and what is available within the local community, and understand the value of support
  • share experiences
  • network and access support through group and 1:1 discussions
  • attend a 1:1 Admiral Nurse Clinic, upon request (register on the day)
  • take part in a virtual dementia tour (limited places, allocated on the day)
  • support inclusion and diversity
  • develop professionally and personally - delegates will be given a certificate of attendance to support CPD
