A jam that mashes up designers and developers to create apps that combine innovative designs and technology. Attendees will split into teams with at least one designer and developer - your app will need both great looks and functionality for a chance of winning!
50% of tickets are allocated to women only as part of the new GDG Women initiative. This is a great opportunity for women interested in Google technology to get involved with GDGs.

What happens if I don't find a team?
There'll be free time on Friday from 8pm to meet people and hopefully find some team mates. But if you don't find anyone don't worry - we'll designate a team to you before we start on Saturday.
What will we be making?
We'll announce suggested project ideas on Friday evening, but we won't mind if you have your own ideas and go a bit off-topic.
What platforms will we need to develop for?
This is up to your team to decide, we won't favour any particular platform. As a GDG we expect Android and Chrome to be popular choices, but not required.
Can I stay overnight on Friday?
We won't be in the venue from 10pm Friday. We'd encourage teams to think about their projects overnight, but not start designing/developing until we're back on Saturday at 10am.
Can we win anything?
We'll have a fun prize bag for each member of the winning team. The contents will be a surprise!
