  are an opportunity for people affected by cancer and their carers/supporters to come together with others, learn, share and enrich their lives with health, fitness and wellbeing.

Each DISCOVERY EVENING includes:

  • Your Discovery Topic Talk / Experience

This Discovery Evening: An Introduction to Mindfulness and Relaxation

We have great pleasure in confirming our guest speaker will be Andrea Johnstone, transpersonal therapist sharing with you an Introduction to Mindfulness and Relaxation  'takeaway' techniques that you can help you manage stress and anxiety, concentrate and feel more calm and in control, enriching your life over the next 28 days and beyond!
