Description

DIVERSITY IN ACTION
BUILDING EMPLOYERS' CONFIDENCE WITH DISABLED EMPLOYEES

We are delighted to invite you to the latest event in the Hays Diversity in Action seminar series, which will be held at the offices of Anderson Strathern in Edinburgh

Whilst many organisations are committed to becoming more disability confident, this commitment is often accompanied by a sense of anxiety and fear. One in eight employees in the UK have a disability. One in four people will experience mental ill health each year*,

With speakers covering different angles, our discussion will offer expert insight, effective strategies and practical advice on what adjustments might be reasonable to help reduce the disadvantages that disabled employees can suffer at work. By dispelling myths we can remove barriers and assist employers to take advantage of a larger pool of talent without fear.
