Organised by
Women in War and International Politics, WIWIP, is a network of woman-identifying, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and non-binary students, staff and alumnae from across the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy at King’s College London. The initiative seeks to support and increase the visibility of these persons working in the fields of War Studies and International Politics, whether as students, researchers, or practitioners, and to showcase their work and achievements. We also hope to promote and encourage exploration of the question of gender and its implications in war, conflict, foreign policy, and security practices. As such, we are a platform for community-building and organise events on these issues.
