The UCL Advances Dynamic Leadership Programme (DLP) is ideal for more experienced individuals with a thorough grounding in leading others, or those who have completed the existing UCL Advances Leadership and Management Programme.
This is a 3-day programme which aims to analyse individual’s experiences and choices as a leader. It is centred around a more reflective and psychological level of analysis and approach. Allowing each delegate to more fully understand how they choose to operate in various team, people management and leadership situations. Like the Leadership and Management Programme, this is a highly practical Programme with optional ILM certification on completion (associated cost per delegate).
This course requires individuals with an open mind and the ability to adapt their approach based on the learning – leading to better results and a greater sense of empowerment among their people. An opportunity to increase your self-awareness, objectivity and level of consciousness around your choices in leadership will be a big benefit of attending this Programme.
