National Manufacturing Conference 2017, 22 February 2017

Over 800 of the UK’s most influential manufacturing and political leaders will be gathering on 22 February 2017 to discuss the hottest topics in the industry – this is your chance to hear experts and join the panel debates at the EEF National Manufacturing Conference 2017.

The EEF Manufacturers' Dinner 2017 will this year take place at the London Hilton, Park Lane, W1 on Wednesday 22 February with pre-dinner drinks at 7pm.

Individual tickets, half tables and full tables of ten are available to purchase. Prices include pre-dinner drinks, a 3 course meal and wine. For those who enjoy a night cap, a cash bar will be open after dinner.

CONFERENCE FAQs

Will I receive a ticket for this event?

This is not a ticketed event and you will not receive tickets in the mail. Upon arrival at the QEII please make your way to the registration desks in the Main Foyer to collect your entry badge.

 

The name on the registration booking doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, the details must match. As this is not a ticketed event and badges will be provided onsite, the registration details will need to be those of the delegate attending in order for the correct badge to be given.

 

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you will be able to update your online registration details until the 5 February 2017. After this date all changes will need to be sent to the Conference Team eef.conference@eef.org.uk  or call 0207 654 1509. 

 

Is my registration transferrable?

If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend you can update your online registration details to transfer to a nominated colleague who can attend in your place. Please note any changes after the 5 February 2017 will need to be sent to the Conference Team eef.conference@eef.org.uk  or call 0207 654 1509.  

  

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing by 5pm on Monday 23 January 2017 and will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoiced. EEF regrets that we cannot give refunds for cancellations after this date, although substitute delegates are very welcome.

Please ensure you have completed payment for the conference prior to attending the event. Delegates with outstanding registration payments will not gain access to the event.

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The venue is easily accessible and well connected via public transport. It is in close walking distance of both Westminster (serviced by district, circle and jubilee lines) and St James’s Park (serviced by district and circle line) underground stations.

There is no parking available at the venue but there are several car parks within walking distance.

What are my Accommodation options?

Yes you can count your attendance towards your CPD requirement.

Where is the Dinner being held?

This year the EEF Manufacturers' Dinner is being held at the London Hilton, Park Lane, W1.

 

How can I book a full table (10 places) or half table (5 places)?

What time will it start / finish?

Pre-dinner drinks are from 7pm and the event concludes at 10.30pm followed by a cash bar.

  

What is the dress code?

Dress for the evening is black tie. Decorations may be worn.
