Join us for an exciting dinner showcasing the best of Irish ingredients with 5 of Ireland’s freshest talents in food - Louise Bannon, Killian Crowley, Grainne O’Keefe, Mike Thompson and Aoife Noonan.
On arrival you will enjoy a welcome glass of champagne and be guided through the five courses by Chef and Author, Clodagh McKenna.

Bread and Butter
Fresh sourdough using heritage Irish grain baked by Louise Bannon. Louise is former Noma pastry chef and passionate about great produce and heritage wheats.
Starter
Killian Crowley from Michelin starred Aniar in Galway will serve Glenarm Irish salmon with foraged wild Irish ingredients. Killian is a San Pellegrino Young Chef World Finalist.
Mains
Grainne O’Keefe, head chef at Dublin restaurant Clanbrassil House will cook with Irish beef. Grainne is one of the most talked about chefs in Dublin right now. Seasonality, sustainability and using a charcoal grill are her main influences.
Cheese Course
Mike Thompson Creator of Northern Ireland’s first raw milk cheese, Young Buck will curate an Irish cheese plate, including his award winning cheese.
Dessert
Expect delicate Irish tastes from Aoife Noonan, currently Head pastry chef at Glovers Alley and formerly head pastry chef at Patrick Guilbaud the only 2 – Michelin Star restaurant in Ireland.
