What is happening in technical communication? If anyone knows Ellis Pratt should know, a well known influential blogger and help strategist. In this talk Ellis will explore what he and his colleagues have seen emerging from their recent meetings with software documentation managers around the UK. 

Biography: Ellis Pratt is Director and Help Strategist at Cherryleaf, a technical writing services and training company based near London, in the United Kingdom. He has over fifteen years’ experience working in the field of documentation, has a BA in Business Studies, and is an Associate of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. He was ranked the most influential blogger on technical communication in Europe by Mindtouch for the last three years running. 

The event is free and open to anyone interested in technical communication such as technical authors, information architects, internal communication professionals, report writers, marketing writers, web content writers, graphic designers and Illustrators.
