An update and overview on the latest employment law changes focusing on issues surrounding HR at this present time. An interactive session with questions answered from the floor. The event will cover the following areas:

Speaker: Emlyn Williams heads up the commercial healthcare team at Weightmans, formerly with Mace and Jones. He is an experienced advocate in both Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He specialises in all aspects of employment law. Emlyn has a reputation as an innovative training providing and regularly undertakes bespoke in-house training for various bodies including multi-national companies, housing associations, NHS Trusts, ACAS and other professional groups. He is also a regular speaker at local CIPD events. Emlyn has a significant reputation in the Healthcare sector, particularly for the NHS work but his clients also include other public sector bodies, local government, registered providers (housing), charities and private businesses of various sizes and in sectors such as transport and logistics
