EMPLOYMENT LAW UPDATE

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH COLLINSON GRANT AND CIPD

 

Please join us for a free employment law update event in partnership with Business Consultancy, Collinson Grant, and the CIPD.

Collinson Grant's experienced employment law team will guide you through some current hot topics, what's happening and how you should be responding.

Date: Wednesday 28th September 2016
Venue: Mercure Parkway Hotel Sheffield, Britannia Way, Catcliffe, Sheffield, S60 5BD
Time: 9.15am – 4.30pm

The day will include discussions on:

  • Gender pay gap reporting
  • Modern day slavery statements
  • Legislative round up
  • Case round up (the courts are finding in employees' favour for holiday pay and travelling time; are we moving into a new era?)
  • HR Audit
  • Pitfalls of the disciplinary process
  • Social media
  • Round up and what the future holds (particularly after the EU referendum).

Collinson Grant's experienced employment law team will talk about what's happening and suggest how you should be responding.
                                                                                                                       
There is no charge to attend.  The day will start at 9.45am and finish around 4.30pm. Refreshments will be provided at registration (9.15am), at morning and afternoon breaks and in the form of a buffet at lunch.

Only 50 places are available, which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
