Energy We Can All Afford?
Saturday, 9 March 2013 from 09:30 to 17:00 (GMT)
Bexhill, United Kingdom
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
This winter millions of people will struggle to pay their energy bills. Cold homes are damaging the health of our most vulnerable citizens, including children and the elderly. Yet energy prices continue to go up – mostly due to the rising price of gas. We need new ways to use, produce and above all save energy.
A day of practical energy action - from what the Government needs to do to how we can all keep warm, healthy and manage debts. Join us to talk about the issues and also to see if you are eligible for a free Winter Home check and grants for installing a renewable energy system in your home.
