COURSE AIMS:

This course is aimed at those who are expected to contribute to their site environmental and sustainability standards (i.e. 14001 2015).

 COURSE OBJECTIVES:

To provide delegates with the knowledge to understand common non-compliance issues and confidence in implementing site management (EMS) control measures.

A highly competent and experienced individual with 25 years Risk Management experience (Safety, Health, Fire, Security & Environmental) in the extractives, construction and building products industries offering an exemplary level of service and added value for all stakeholders.

An excellent understanding of business needs with a passionate belief that the SHE function is an integral part of a successful business and improved operational efficiency and performance through challenging and developing team member skill sets further.

A desire to influence and modify team member attitude and behaviours through delivering my own unique blend of a practical, no nonsense experience and understanding of what matters at the sharp end of business.
