The British Red Cross everyday first aid programme is an accessible way of learning first aid skills that will help you to feel confident and willing to act in a first aid crisis. Each session is bespoke, designed around your needs. Skills are taught in an easy to learn and easy to remember way creating a fun and interactive learning environment. Each session explores your willingness to help, as well as teaching first aid skills.
This course will help you to:
- Feel more confident to act in a first aid crisis
- Feel more willing to act in a first aid crisis, even if it involves a stranger
- Give you first aid skills you will be able to remember and use
This training is suitable for all voluntary and community group workers, including volunteers, wishing to learn practical first aid or to refresh their skills.
All participants will receive a workbook to complement the learning in the session, and a completion certificate.
