What is the dress code?

May I bring a guest?
Regrettably we are unable to accommodate guests at this dinner owing to space limitations in Hall.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Important - please read the following update: https://travel.admin.ox.ac.uk/article/oxford-railway-station-weekend-closures . We understand that essential rail improvement work in the Oxford area will affect train services during all weekends in September 2022, resulting in the closure of Oxford Train Station. We understand a rail service will be running from Marylebone to Oxford Parkway and a regular bus service between Oxford and Oxford Parkway is planned. We strongly advise you consult the Train Operating Companies ahead of travel.
For those who plan to drive, we would advise catching the train or using the Park and Ride on the ring road of Oxford.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
There is no need to print your ticket as we will have a guest list on the door.
Where can I stay?
We offer a limited selection of student rooms, which can be booked at the same time as your dinner ticket. Please note that some areas of college will be undergoing renovation at this time so we apologise in advance if some public areas do not look as they usually would.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after Friday 23 September 2022 at midday.
