YLG Conference 2014
Information for Exhibitors
Please use this site to book for the conference exhibition.
There are 2 options:
a)Book a delegate place at the appropriate rate (Early Bird, Member, Non-Member). One delegate place = 1 night's accommodation for 1 person, lunch and dinner on the Friday and breakfast and lunch on the Saturday. It also permits entry to any of the conference sessions.
b) Then select "Delegate rate exhibition stand" and purchase as many tickets for this as you require stand length (e.g. 2 tickets = 2 metres. Miniumum order is 2 metres)
2) If you do not wish to attend as a delegate, please just select the "Non-delegate rate exhibition stand" and purchase as many tickets for this as you require stand length (e.g. 2 tickets = 2 metres.) This fee now includes lunch on both days.
Please note: to receive an invoice rather than pay by card, please select "other payment options" under the "Order Now" button.
Please set up your stands as early as possible on the Friday morning, in order to maximise the amount of time delegates will have to visit the exhibition. We recommend you aim to have your stand set up before the lunch break on the at the latest.
All deliveries should be sent to Radisson Blu Durham, by Thursday 16 October. Please ensure that all boxes are clearly marked "YLG Exhibition" as well as your name and the number of each box (e.g. xxxx publishing company 1/4).
If you wish to provide items for delegate bags, make sure they are clearly marked "Delegate Bags".
The bookshop is being run by the Norfolk Children's Book Centre

Youth Libraries Group
The Youth Libraries Group of CILIP is the organisation of choice for librarians, information professionals and all those working with or interested in children's and young people's books, reading development, the promotion of libraries and reading for pleasure.
Our nearly 2000 members come from a wide range of workplaces - public libraries, schools, school library services, colleges, universities and early years settings. We also welcome and have many student, non-working and international members.
With twelve groups across the United Kingdom we form one of the largest and liveliest special interest groups in CILIP.
