Export Essentials Masterclass - Birmingham

This full day tailored workshop is designed for senior decision makers whose company is in the early stage of selling overseas and will provide you with:-

(1) An overview of the programme and the support and advice available from their International Trade Adviser (ITA).

(2) An introduction to some of the key business principles which are important going forward into export markets (such as export market research, selecting an appropriate route to market, internationalizing an offer, shipping and documentation, getting paid, protecting IPR etc.)

(3) Networking opportunity - with time available for discussions with other delegates, an ITA and the trainer. Each workshop will involve a mix of delegates from companies exporting products and companies selling services.

(4) Time to prepare an Export Action Plan to be implemented with support from DIT.

• The workshops is designed for the senior decision maker within the organisation or the most relevant person in dealing with the companies internationalisation strategy and overseas growth aspirations
